“ The only good thing about this holidays was actually the room. We booked superior room, but because we came earlier we paid extra for early check in and got room upgrade to "deluxe" even though i havent seen those on website. Room was very nice, probably renovated, airco was very good, own wifi in the room working everywhere. Big and nice shower. And thats it from plus points. The food was really the worst part of this holidays, nothing had any taste, main restaurant dunes was all the time overcrowded without any chance to sit and get the table. Second restaurant had a less choice of food but it was not so busy, anyway food was terrible. 7 days of eating fries which was also pretty bad, soggy or underbaked. Vegetables not fresh, fruits only a few and those was swimming in some disgusting syrup. Ala carte restaurants a bit better but still not 5 stars worth, maybe 3, plus we need to go out as fast as possible because airco in restaurants is extremely cold, everyone was shaking while eating and staff didn't do nothing. Drinks looks bad and taste bad, served in plastic not washed glasses, staff working at the bars is definitely behaving like working for punishment. In bar next to reception we ordered 2 beers and man behind the bar served us glasses from customer before, half way filled up(!) that he only topped up with beer from the bottle. It is really unsanitary, unhygienic place. 80% of toilet locks doesn't work and the rest of them are very dirty, stinky and it made me feel that I'd rather go to the toilet in my room. Swimming pools were just fine, though a bit old and shallow, all of them are either 110cm or 140 so not great for swimming, last "wave pool" doesnt have waves as it should, its 180cm but way too overcrowded. All day we were harassed to buy cruises, spa, safaris etc for EXTREME price, they wanted 150e per person for massage, when we said we booked vip spa with prive room and transfer outside of the hotel, they dropped the price to 90e for 2 people... they will try to scam you on everything. We spent 7 days hungry, we both lost weight and couldn't wait to go home. We have been on cheaper holidays in Tunis this year and it was WAY better, staff was kind, hotel clean and we both gained few kgs from great food. Don't book this place if you want to enjoy your stay and have peace, spend your money on some other holidays. I dont recommend at all to nobody. I dont know how anyone can enjoy this hotel though i have seen people with full plates eating like pigs so maybe someone with lower standard will like it. This is NOT 5 stars hotel. As someone who travelled in and out of europe this was my worst stay. Normally i would say it was pretty cheap, but for what you get it actually is too expensive. 3 stars is the most, just because room was nice, but I know some people didnt have so much luck and were located in old, dirty rooms. “
