Dear mrs. and mr. Mandy Merks, Michael Nassiri, Patric D. Loeser, Mohamed Elsayed and Ahmed Mahmoud,
From the 17th until 31st of March we have been your guests in your beautiful resort Steigenberger Aqua Magic in Hurghada for the first time.
A friend of us in Holland did advise us to book our vacation in your resort, he stayed for three weeks last December ’24 in your hotel and was
very positive and enthusiast. Well normally most guests probably will write you to complain about what they didn’t like,
but we like to inform you the opposite of our experience as follows.
During our stay we were so overwhelmed by the friendly and kind hospitality of ALL your employees that we feel the need to express
our well-meant gratitude. Every one of them, from the one who is cleaning the toilets to the towel boys and people in the restaurants
was really so kind and friendly to us and they did everything to feel us comfortable.
Because of the beautiful weather we did like to have breakfast and dinner outside in the fresh air. There we were served mainly by
Mr. Shaban Mohamed who did do everything to serve us in the best possible way. He managed the other crew in this area very well
and instruct them very well what to do. Also, in all three a la card restaurants we have been served very well.
Although it was our 6th time in Egypt all this generous service did make our stay feeling like a real nice holiday and therefore we
did like to inform you about our great satisfaction about your resort. You really can be very proud of the total crew of your hotel.
