One pillow was given to us for uae with black mold on the case. The aircon is so dirty, all covered with dust and was not able to cool the roon. So we end up frying and restless. During check out I was tellibg the manager , when he heard of complaints, he turned his back and sat back to his computer and did not took note of the problems i was enumerating. “
