“ Degraded "Ultra" All-Inclusive: The standard package is heavily watered down, as true all-inclusive perks have been stripped away and locked behind the upsold "Diamond Club" tier. You have to pay extra for decent alcohol, bottled drinks, and even basic items like ice cream.
Terrible "Hill View" Rooms: There is roughly a 30% chance your room will face the delivery area and an active construction site. Loud early-morning noise from garbage disposal, delivery trucks, and construction crews—combined with bright construction floodlights beaming in at night—makes resting impossible.
Dismissive Service: When I raised the issue at reception because my children could not sleep due to the noise and bright spotlights, the only suggestion was to "close the curtains." I offered to pay for an upgraded room to resolve the situation; they promised to follow up, but never did.
Lack of Activities: Beyond swimming in the pool, there is practically nothing to do on the property.
Beach & Pool Frustrations: The best half of the beach is cordoned off exclusively for Diamond Club members and off-limits to regular guests. Around the pool, the towel policy is completely unenforced, making it impossible to find an open sunbed after 8:00 AM.
Overall, very poor value for money, hidden upcharges, and disappointing customer service for a luxury price point. “
