“ Hotel is quite new, but I would not recommend this due to the following reasons: - location is in a building site and quite far from the hotel and restaurant zone - its definitely not kid friendly, we took two kids 5 and 8 years old. There are not facilities and not many kids. Staff is not kid friendly. - We had breakfast included, but limited choice. We could only order one salty dish and we got fruit and a little bit of jam. When we asked for water instead of the full of sugar juice, the answer was, you have to py for it. How can you make people pay for water and give unhealthy juice for free? Sme for coffee and tea, no cappucino or nice green tea included. The F&B staff is horrendous and so unfriendly. Good points: - front office staff super helpful - nice and clean rooms - nice rooftop pool (with dirty water though) I would not opt for this hotel when visiting amazing Tulum! “
