“ The hotel is beautiful, the food is great, lots of facilities to enjoy and the staff are kind. The only thing is hygiene, and the little things that bring it to 5 stars. Many of the cups at the breakfast buffet were not clean. Same goes for the plates at the buffet (all meals). On the first day housekeeping left 2 empty glasses on the table, and one of the ‘new’ coffee cups was dirty. We noted in our booking that we were there on a honeymoon, they congratulated us then gave us a room with 2 beds pushed together. The next day we asked if we could be moved to a room with 1 big bed, they charged us €30 for cleaning, but did upgrade us to a nicer room with a beautiful view. “
