“ This was the best all-inclusive hotel I have ever stayed in. Everything was spotlessly clean, the food was great, with lots of options for dinner and lunch, and the staff were incredible. Usually, I have to force my kids to go to the kids club, but this time they wanted to go all day every day. Unfortunately, the weather was less than perfect, but the staff made sure the kids were entertained and had enough to keep them busy. On the last night I found a cockroach in the bathroom, and called reception, within 2 minutes they had a member of staff come and remove it for me. They came in, even when the kids were asleep, and removed the cockroach without any problems. The evening entertainment was also incredible, With a fantastic Michael Jackson tribute, and a Lion King show which was put on by the entertainment team. Everything was very professional. The only negative point was the noise at night when bachelor and bachelorette parties were coming back from the clubs, but during the day everyone was very friendly.
