Luxurious hotel, somewhat tired restaurant and bar staff, and great food
“ We had a great time staying at a luxurious hotel with a variety of leisure options, including three main pools, two in the spa area, and a well-equipped gym. The rooms (Junior Suite) were wonderful, and there was a wide variety of food, especially the large portions served at the bar-restaurant. However, some disappointing aspects included cockroaches and the service staff, who, based on observations, work from early morning until late at night for several days straight. Also, for some reason, we were unlucky with the towels; sometimes there were black stains, sometimes pink ones. On the second day of my stay, it was my birthday. The day before, I received a message that I had to sit at a certain table for breakfast. It turned out that there were a whole bunch of birthday people at breakfast. To understand what was special, I had to ask the employees, who said they would bring out a piece of cake with a candle. It would be nice if they didn't have to look for workers, but the process itself seemed extremely unpleasant for them. The situation regarding children is not entirely clear. The hotel positions itself as adults only, while among the residents, there were a large number of both very young children and teenagers. I have nothing against children, but I don't understand why they write that the hotel is for adults only. It’s worth being prepared for a 10-minute walk to the sea. At the same time, this may not seem like much, but in the heat, those ten minutes can become quite unbearable. On the other hand, for those who prioritize the sea, it’s better to choose hotels on the first line. This hotel is one of those places you can return to. “
