“ Arrived around 23:00 to check in. Was given
another room than actually booked. They gave us
the room somewhere in the back with view to a back
garden. Very dirty terrible room with one person
bed. Walls full of mold, airconditioning not working,
Bathroom full of mold and broken. Bathtub did not
drain and the fridge was not working. Went to the
reception to discuss this matter but the lady smiled
and said to come back the next morning since she
cannot do amything. No excuse no emphaty
nothing. Next morning I went adn we were given the
correct room. Ac was very loud and we had to turn if
off when sleeping. Also the fridge had to be turned
of because it was to loud. The staff promised me
that the manager will reach out. 10 days no one
reached out. Even during breakfast someone
entered our room to place a chair from the lobby in
our room. When I went to ask i got a very rude
attitude that I should be happy that they placed a
nice chair in our room (we had do not disturb sign
what went missing after this). Very noisy corridor
and at every midnight they decide to empty the
glass bottles.
Breakfast buffet everyday the same, very cheerless
restaurant no music and staff takes away plates
and (paid) drinks away. When you ask why your
drink was removed you get into a discussion that it
was empty. Diner was terrible and the same every
day.
Overall the hotel has an OK location near the beach
but the staff made it a terrible stay. For the
amenities and rooms there is a work around but not
for the given service. I paid for 10nights but got the
correct room for 9 nights. I expect some sort of
compensation and will also compaint with the tour Operator “
