Returning yearly to a great 5 star hotel with the best personnel and great views
“ 2023 Fantastic complex, situated against mountain, up to 8 levels with multiple elevators. Many nice stairs and level platforms. The best views of Adeje. This adult only hotel has spacious rooms with all facilities in modern setup. Nice cooling fridge for drinks. Huge variaty in very tasteful food at all times in the Mosaico restaurant. Very nice and cheerful staff who do great job and always make the guests feel at home with a good service and some small talk which is well appreciated. Special attention for the staff of the poolbar Palapa where Jesus, Fernando and Gonzalo provide really great service with a personal touch. Perfect daily cleaning and great service when issues arise. Some small possible improvements are the tiny 32 inch TV, which should be bigger, and the outdated plastic seats and table on the balcony that are not in line with the 5 star vibe. Beautiful El Duque beach within 10 minutes walk to bottom of the hill. Back in 2026 Jesus is still there providing the best service at pool and bars. Also Isel was still present in the Mosaic restaurant with her joyfull presence and great service. The Flatscreen TV has grown to a great size of at least 55 inch. Also the furniture on the balcony has been upgraded to realize the 5 stars of the hotel. We have been here now 4 times and this was definitely not the last time. See you next year. “
