“ Cons: - if you don't tip you are treated worse - very poor organization of the pool bar (terrible service) - the children have nothing to do there - you still have to sign bills for 0.00 (name, room number, tip amount, signature) even if you only take a glass of water from the bar. Very annoying! - poor menu for all inclusive - you can smoke practically everywhere - very bothersome for non-smokers Pros: + very nice spa area + a lot of sun loungers by the pool (never ran out) “
