“ First, I am very unhappy with the prijsvakantie service. I booked 11 days, I paid extra for the late flight, which was cancelled and moved to 7.15 morning flight. Hence, they stole 1 full day of vacation from us - and no payment back, no emails despite of the several reminders - so never again. HOTEL: - the airco was not working neither in resto, nor in halls - when it is 43 outside and you need to eat inside, and it is still 40 degrees... - there is no WIFI, NOWHERE! not at the pool, not at the sea, not in your room, not in the resto. Only at the reception couple of spots. Sometimes we were lucky to catch the WIFI of neighbour hotel! - FOOD - is very nice, but not saulty, and sault is not available, and not very varietive. The cakes and fruits - excellent - all the beds and chairs around the pool and the sea are booked with towels 24/7 - so you NEVER have a free one. and the hotel does nothing about it. Think about it when you want to enjoy your holidays - tHE SEA - is relatively clean, however, the service team doesnt make efforts in teh morning to clean it the plastic of algues. BUT the main issue are the JELLY FISH which are plenty around in the sea. It is not plesant to be with the kid in the sea. - the service team do really miss people. They try their best, but the hotel is overbooked, and they simply have no capacity to serve them all. So be prepaired to get your drinks at the end of the meal. to eat dessert with the same forks surrounded by a mountain of dirty plates - all day drinks are served in a poor quality thin paper cups, so it leaks in 5 mins around - the animation team is great. People do make their job awesome! But again, the hotel doesnt invest at all into them - the evening shows 5 out of 7 are also done by the animators (who were working all day at the sun). No light system, no sound system - you barely see anything cause the scene is far inside the building, no scene lights. The sound system is bad, and you cant enjoy the music. So, all in all - the hotel owners just make money without any investments from their side. at all. The local people made our hoildays - bravo “

“ Wij gingen met zeven personen naar hotel barcello voor ons 25 jarig huwelijk. Het is een mooi hotel wat goed is onderhouden. Goede kamers en fijne grote bedden. Het personeel is echt heel vriendelijk en de bediening lopen echt de benen onder het lijf vandaan voor je, wij gaven ze ook wel regelmatig fooi maar daar deden ze ook genoeg voor. Het is echt een prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Wat wel wel jammer vonden was dat de airco het nog niet deed , dus het was best wel warm op onze kamer. Het is lekker dichtbij de winkeltjes, dus prima te doen om te lopen. “

“ Personeel lopen alleen voor een Tip. Openbaar wc slechte staat vies of deuren die niet op slot gaan .enz Zwembad waren heel veel stenen eraf . Waardoor scherpe randen zijn. Staat geen bord bij het zwembad . Van de staat van het water temperatuur water enz... “
