Wat een teleurstelling
“ Beautiful building but as in other hotels in Tunesië staff is terrible. When checking in you feel like “ah nice,friendly and competent staff” but a side from the reception staff it just terrible. Well that is if you are “all inclusive” I must add. We booked a poolside room, but there where no poolside rooms available so we had to take what they could give us. That was a big downer becouse from e beautiful view we got a depressing view (watch photos) You can sit the whole evening and order drinks at 3 different waiters but you just won’t get a drink. The are running around bringing the “not inclusive” there drinks. There are nice restaurants in the complex that are not included. They serve burgers and grill at the pool. But of course “extra pay” At the beach staff is running around wit pizza, fries and drinks, when you order something (of course) all inclusive is self service “
