“ Hi, Last week we visited you hotel in the name of Keuten - Calle in room 2305. We had a nice big room with a very good bed and pillow, lots of storage space and as requested a quiet room. Unfortunately, it was not sufficiently cleaned by our standards. A good vacuuming or dusting was not done, in our opinion. I kept leaving the toilet roll holder up so you could see how dirty it was but nothing was done about it. Something was forgotten 3 times, toilet paper and 2x towels. In itself still ok forgetting is human and it was always solved immediately. The staff was very friendly but the reason why we like coming to Turkey is for the exceptionally good service, we do come to Turkey at least once a year for the Turkish hospitality we also like to reward with a tip. This was not the case in you hotel, we had to go for our drinks ourselves to our big surprise never experienced before!!! Really unfortunate! In the dining room, there was no water to clean the table, only disinfectant spray and paper? The tables were not cleaned either, only the sheets were changed. Now considering your clientele had no respect at all, I do understand some things. The staff did not look very motivated and we completely understood why. The tables were left overflowing and dirty, nothing like respect! Perhaps the rule of a dress code could do something about this to attract other respectful people. The food was tasty but very one-toned (kofte and chicken every day) and not warm enough. Even when I took from a new dish that was just brought it was not warm. Also mentioned this once to a manager who was present but was actually laughed at. Unfortunately, you will not see me in your hotel again. I await your reply before expressing my opinion in some reviews of your hotel. May I also point out that there is no correct email address anywhere. (site, google maps) I will continue to search for email addresses so that I can reach the right people. I sincerely hope you will do something with this feedback, which was written with the best of intentions. “
