Not a good experience.
“ When we arrived at 1AM, the first thing that the receptionist asks during our check in is if we would like to pay for an upgrade with sea view. For us this was not necessary and we friendly declined the offer. When we got our room, it turns out we got the room next to the main bar of the hotel, hosting every night around 100 - 200 people and closes around 11:30 PM. We checked in at 1 AM at night and we were still hearing bottles, glasses, people in the bar … you can compare the noise level by sleeping in the bar itself. Furthermore the airconditioning was not working in the room. Following we went back to the reception to take the upgrade they suggested still anyway. In my opinion the room next to the bar (number 1045) is just a trick to make people take the offer of the upgrade. The hotel has 8 floors with each floor approx 50 - 100 rooms. There were many still available. Don’t tell me the room next to the bar was the only option … Afterwards we received a better room at the 7th floor. Also note that the person who was at the reception at 29/05/25 at 1AM was very unfriendly. Further we spent our holiday quite well. The food was good but not great. The pool is good but you have to be in for constant loud music. The beach area is nice and more quite if you need a break from the constant loud music. During our stay, the hotel had problems with electricity. Up to 7 times the electricity was gone for a moment. During one of our nights the fire alarm went off due to someone hitting the fire button for no reason. Afterwards they couldn’t deactivate the alarm properly so we had for a fire alarm which went off 10 - 15 times during 10:00 and 11:30 PM. For our trip back to the airport we ordered a taxi the day before and discussed also the price. I specifically asked to be able to pay by card. The next day after being in the taxi for 5 minutes, the taxi driver drops us off at an ATM machine somewhere in the middle of nowhere. He does not accept cards suddenly. After driving back and having a discussion with the reception of our hotel, who did not want to help us (note: this was the same guy that checked us in) we went still to the ATM machine and had to pay in cash. Summary of our stay: Staff (not all but many) are unfriendly, mainly the guy at the reception. The organisation of the hotel is focused on having as many guests as possible and charge them additional costs. The accommodation is ok but not great. Rooms are not cleaned thoroughly, just a daily limited sweep. The food is also ok but not great, every day the same at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The basis of the buffet is low cost food. I would not recommend this hotel at all. “
